When I was praying with my family, I felt a strong sense about this WORD that I immediately was led to write it on my notebook after prayer since it lingered, waiting for me to write it down. This is what the LORD said:
Hallelujah to the Lamb of God, Hallelujah to His Holy name, who is worthy to be praised. This is what the LORD says this (day): Children of God, Children of God…judgement arises in the earth, it is arising in the earth. Will you stand? Will you have faith? Stand watch, for I the LORD am warning my children before it comes. Be vigilant, be cautious, but trust in me. And be on watch. And yes, pray my children for things will shake, things will rumble. The LORD is good in all His ways…Therefore, know this my children, you need to be ready. BE READY! Blessed be the name of the LORD.
Then after a few minutes or long, Exodus 12 came to mind, specifically verse 11. This is what the verse says:
“This is how you are to eat it: with your cloak tucked into your belt, your sandals on your feet and your staff in your hand. Eat it in haste; it is the Lord’s Passover.”
I also want to give Esther 2 because it is related: this is verse 12,
“Before a young woman’s turn came to go in to King Xerxes, she had to complete twelve months of beauty treatments prescribed for the women, six months with oil of myrrh and six with perfumes and cosmetics.”
Now why am I giving you these verses? Because of this verse, we need to position ourselves in such a way that we are prepared for what is to come. There is a time for everything under the sun, and we need to be prepared for those seasons.
When you see that the clouds are getting dark during the day, would not you wear a rain coat, rain boots, and an umbrella?
In Exodus, the LORD told Moses to tell the people on how they should eat their food and wear their clothes, preparing them to exit Egypt. They wore their clothes to prepare themselves for what is to come.
In Esther, we see that Esther had to prepare herself with months of beauty treatments and things for the time to come for her to become queen.
This is what we need to do as well. We need to clothe ourselves with the appropriate spiritual clothing that will ready us for what is to come, but as Esther, we need to prepare ourselves daily so that we can fully be ready and prepared. The LORD said to “BE READY”. so this means He’s serious and it’s around the corner.
How do we clothes ourselves? With prayer, with the armor of God, with compassion…only the Holy Spirit will know how to prep us. Ask the Father to help us or even for Him overall to dress us, to clothes us for what is to come. And whatever He tells you, you do it!
I’ve mentioned I believe about the prayer marathon or prayer without ceasing (1 Thess 5:17) that we all need to do everyday, whether it is 10 minutes or an 1 hour. The purpose is for you and I to communicate to the LORD without ceasing.
Our relationship with Jesus Christ is essential and our prayers, our communication, our conversation with Him is important, believe it or not. When we equip ourselves in prayer, that is our warrior stance. We fight with His WORD and the LORD acts.
May God’s Mercy & His Abundant Grace in Christ Jesus be with you all.
