I wanted to come on here and write an encouraging blog post that has encouraged me as well. You know when God talks, it’s so comforting and reassuring. And by His WORD, you are able to keep running the race and fulfill His plans, will, and purposes according to His WORD that is a lamp unto your feet and a light unto His path.

So without further due, here’s the WORD of the LORD I want to share with you:

I was reading Acts 9:1 – 22, regarding Paul and the his meeting with the LORD that changed his life. As I was reading it, specifically verse 21 – 22, which says,

All those who heard him were astonished and asked, “Isn’t he the man who raised havoc in Jerusalem among those who call on this name? And hasn’t he come here to take them as prisoners to the chief priests?” Yet Saul grew more and more powerful and baffled the Jews living in Damascus by proving that Jesus is the Messiah.

After I was read this is what the Spirit of the LORD said as I wrote it:

When one is converted to follow Christ, it will seem baffling because of their past, but the LORD erases the past of the people as should people not look to the past but see what the LORD has done! God does not look to the past but what they could do. The LORD does see their potential and He will work with that. Nothing is impossible with GOD, and through Jesus Christ, who lives in you, it is all the more possible.

So, therefore, if you have been attacked by people bringing up your past, or the enemy is attempting to attack you with the things of the past when you are Christian, a child of GOD in, know that the LORD does not look into your past. The blood of Jesus Christ has washed it all!

The old has passed away and the new has come. You are a new creation and truly loved by GOD! It’s about believing and receiving this truth and the TRUTH will set you free!

Here’s some References to the message above. Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal this to you:

  • 2 Kings 4:1-7, Elisha and the Widow’s Oil
  • Acts 9:1- 22, the story of Paul
  • 2 Corinthians 5:17
  • 1 Samuel 16:7

May the Holy Spirit encourage you and strengthen you of who you are in Christ Jesus as a Child of GOD in this in this season and seasons to come.

Here are two songs that emphasizes this a lot. Bless the LORD and Greater is HE!
