Let’s discuss acknowledging the LORD in all you do. The Bible teaches the importance of acknowledging God. When we do so, we’re guided and anchored in His truth. You might easily wander if you do not bind and abide by the LORD.
The Bible says in Proverbs 3:5-6, that we should trust in the LORD with all of our heart, and lean not on our understanding but in all of our ways, we should acknowledge Him and He will direct our path. When we acknowledge we are aware of something or someone. In everything we do, though this may seem obvious, GOD watches and knows everything we do. Knowing is hidden from Him.
In Psalm 139, the psalmist talks about the height and depth the person may go, and GOD will still be there. The Bible also mentions that His people, because of what they were going through, said among themselves that GOD was not watching, GOD did not know what they were going through (Psalm 94:7, Ezekiel 9:9). But here is the truth: GOD always watches, but He not only watches, He provides what we need during as He watches us. And He does care. The Bible says to cast upon Him for He cares for you.
Won’t you acknowledge Him as He watches you today? Won’t you acknowledge Him as your need today so that He may meet all your needs so that you draw close to Him? We have to come to the knowledge that GOD desires us and loves us, and nothing can be hidden from Him. He wants our hearts, and to acknowledge our hearts before Him is you desiring to be involved in your life, all of it. He is our creator, our potter, we are His clay.
Let’s acknowledge Him today, in everything we do so that He can help us and lead us into all truth. In the previous post, the LORD wanted to point out that TRUTH overcomes all lies, as seen in the example of the staff of Aaron swallowing the sorcerer’s staff in the book of Exodus 7:8-13.
We need to acknowledge that GOD is truth, but also as who He is should be seen as GOD, as LORD, as Savior, as Redeemer, as Provider, as Intercessor, as Unfailing loving GOD, as comforter, as Ebenezer (stone of help). He’s such a great and good GOD. Let us pray to Jesus that He draws us closer to Him so that we acknowledge Him more and more, therefore, knowing Him more and more.
