What goes on outside of you should not result in immediate action!
When things go wrong, we might immediately start to worry, be frustrated, and begin to act in a place that is not peaceful.
Next time, when something goes on in your life, stop yourself and put yourself in check. Do not be led by your emotions. Place your thoughts above and not below. Pray to the Father and let Him guide you to the solution. But most of all, He will guide us to His peace. Because it is only by resting in Him that you won’t worry, you won’t get frustrated, nor place your thoughts on it. He makes a way when there seems to be no way.
Whether you’re going through a storm, a stress, a tribulation, or a circumstance, do not immediately react to it! Come from a place of peace; trusting GOD and acknowledging GOD in the situation, and He will lead you through it.
He’s the LORD of all, in all, through all, and of all. Therefore, He knows what is going on in your life. And He’s the only one who can help you through situations you’re going through that you may not be able to go through by yourself.
May He keep you in perfect peace.
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to GOD. And the peace of GOD, which transcends all understanding, will guard your mind in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7 NIV
“Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways, submit to Him, and He will make your path straight.” Proverbs 3:5-6 NIV
“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you eat or drink; or about your body, what you wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your Heavenly Father feeds them.” Matthew 6:25-26 NIV
