This is a short post, but I wanted to write it on here because I believe that God wants us to know this as well. And it is a very good revelation!

When I was reading Jeremiah 1:11-12, this verse quickened me. As I was reading it made me realize that GOD literally watches His WORDS come to pass.

GOD asked Jeremiah, what He saw, and Jeremiah replied that He saw the branch of an almond tree. And GOD replied with, “you have seen correctly, for I am watching to see that my word is fulfilled.” And did you know that almond tree is the Hebrew word for watching?

GOD was literally speaking a word and watching it come to pass!!! I mean this is good!

Can you imagine GOD speaking His OWN WORDS and He is literally watching it come to pass.

Abba said let there be light, and He saw His WORD actually come to pass.

Abba told Abraham that he was going to be a father to many nations, and He became a father to many nations, spiritually!

In 1st King 13, we are told about a man of GOD that told King Jeroboam about his kingdom being given to a soon coming king, King Josiah, and then He gave a sign of it coming to pass. A few verses later, it came to pass!

We need to see that GOD is the GOD that watches what He says. Now as I say this, I hope you catch it: Are you watching what you’re saying over your life? Over your family Over your career? Over your destiny? Over your day?

What you speak comes forth the fruit that you sowed. Remember, our words are so powerful that the bible says that the tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.

We need to speak life into our lives so that we bring forth the fruit of what we spoke. GOD is the GOD of life. He spoke life into Gideon by telling that he was a mighty warrior (Judges 6).

What we speak to each other and ourselves is important. Therefore, we need to watch what we say.

If GOD is watching His WORD come to pass, let’s be aware of speaking truth over our lives so that we reap the good fruit we desire to see come to pass.

For example, are you speaking the WORD in your life? Are you telling yourself that you have the favor of GOD in your life? Are you telling yourself that though you fall seven times, you always get right back up? Are you telling these demonic enemies that they may come one way, but they will flee in seven (Deut. 28)?

GOD’s WORD bring life, and speaking His WORD is a double plus, because they are divine weapons to tear down strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4-5).

So, brothers and sisters in Christ, are you watching your word come pass?

Unto His glory.
