Because GOD knows you, He will guide your path. 

Because He knows you from the inside out, He will strengthen you and help you, and uphold you with His righteous right hand (Isaiah 41:10). 

You might ask what if you make a mistake? I asked myself the same thing because I wanted to please GOD with the things I did. But I was afraid to mess up. But this verse came to mind: Proverbs 24:16 “For though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again, but the wicked stumble when calamity strikes.”

Why is this person righteous? Because He is right standing with GOD. When you trust in the LORD, even if you falter, run to HIM! And He will help you. The LORD GOD wants to perfect us and in order to be perfected, we have to move. That’s how we grow in maturity. 

So, if you’ve read Psalm 139, the LORD GOD knows you already. He knows even when you’re going to fall, but with His help, you get right back up. You repent and turn from it, plead the blood of Jesus Christ to cleanse and purify you according to 1 John 1:9, and then you keep going. You do not stay where you are, you keep going. You have a race to finish. 

If you trust GOD with your life, then by faith in Christ Jesus, trust Him in how He is guiding you, even if you do not know where you are going. He knows it all. He will definitely show you, and at times, you just need to go so He can show you. 

Now this is not saying that you should not pray to HIM. Definitely lay your request and your works to Him and He shall make them succeed (Proverbs 16:3). That is first and foremost important. We do not walk in this world without being Him, for He is our guide, our protector, and our comfort.

Psalm 23:4, “Though I walk in the valley of the shadow of death, I shall fear no evil. For you are with me, your rod and your staff, they comfort me.”

His rod of protection over your life and his staff of guidance will help you. 

Continue to seek HIM by talking to HIM and letting Him know what’s in your heart and mind (Psalm 62:8). And He will guide you, according to His will and plans He has for you. 

So know that GOD knows you. He knows the plan He constructed for you and He will fulfill it because He is faithful. So even if you are afraid, put your trust in HIM, for He will lead you with His guidance. Walk by faith and not by sight.
